Budget Framer is family owned and operated since 1988. To assist the art
buyer, Budget Framer has on location a "Laz-Art" system that
can be used to quickly locate hard-to-find works of art. Boasting 30,000 images on
laser disk, this system can find artwork according to subject, artist, title, color or
sze. Types of work on the system include originals, sculptures, prints, posters and
animation cells. Budget Framer provides a
variety of services including the framing of needle-art, shadowbox framing, and creative
custom mats.
